Welcome to Health I!

This class integrates a variety of health concepts, skills, and behaviors to plan for lifetime health and wellness. These concepts include: substance abuse and prevention, mental wellness including social and emotional skills, nutrition, safety and injury prevention. Through our new course curriculum, Choice Led Health, students are encouraged to have an active role in creating a healthy lifestyle for themselves, their families, and their community.
